Produce your own markers on site when, where and how you want them. This method gives you the ultimate in flexibility and cuts stocking costs substantially. Methods range from systems that use existing desktop equipment to specially designed production machines that produce thousands of low cost markers per hour.

• Promark USB thermal transfer marking system
  The latest generation of our cost effective identification system for use in panel building and electrical installations. Marks on several different types of marker profile using thermal transfer technology. The printer marks and cuts the chosen profile, which is fed from compact discs, or in the case of the self-adhesive tape profile, cassettes.

• MK20 Marking System
  Powerful machine for own production of customized markers under licence agreement from Partex. Capable of marking on PA, PO and PH profiles to fit wires from 0.25 to 16.0mm²

• X-Card Marking System
  An on-site customized marking system using fast, clean, thermal transfer printing. The PC-controlled X-Card marking machine prints onto credit card format marker tags.

• MK1 Portable Plotter
  A plotter printer that provides complete customized marking for cables, wires and components using a specialized etching ink. Mains or battery operation make it ideal for on-site work.

• PO Oval Marker Profile
  A versatile oval marker profile for customized on-site marking. Available for use with the ProMark Portable Marking machine, the MK20 Marking Machine, and as pre-printed customized markers packed and sorted to your specifications.

• PT & PT+ Holders for Wire Marking
  PT and PT+ are transparent "closed style" marker holders. Both feature an integral pocket to hold labels produced on-site by you.

• PM Cable Marking System
  Transparent holder for PF, PP, PL and PFC marker tags for marking larger diameter cables and pipes. The PM holders are securely fastened in place using cable ties.

• On-Site Control Panel Marking System
  Print inserts using your choice of profile and/or on-site marking machine; the inserts then clip onto the PS control panel rail using transparent holders.

• PF Marker Labels
  Sheets of label material for marking of wires, cables, pipes, control panels and components. Supplied on A4 sheet with removable tractor feeds for print-out by matrix printer or laser printer.

• PFA Component Labels
  Self adhesive label material for direct marking in cabinets and onto components. Supplied on A4 sheet with removable tractor feeds for print-out by matrix printer or laser printer.
